The house is located in a safe, gated neighborhood with easy access to 281, approximately 1 minute to Wurzbach Parkway, 10 minutes to the Airport, 10 minutes to Loop 410 and/or Loop 1604 ramp and 15 minutes to Downtown San Antonio.
My house is clean and clutter free with a two car garage. I have a small fenced backyard. I am a male, I work for the US Air Force and I live alone with two beautiful, friendly Yellow and Black Lab dogs.
Furnished bedroom for rent (room size is approximately 10X12 plus a double closet). I do not have room for storage or extra furniture...
Rent ($750/mo. plus a $200 deposit) will also include a private bathroom, the use of the kitchen, washer and dryer, common areas, attached garage parking for your vehicle; Internet access, electric and water bills are included.
