Rental terms: Month-to-Month, 3-month or other. $500/month with $100 deposit . Must show verifiable income and sign room rental agreement prior to move-in. An agreement is simply to make terms clear, up front, so that there is no confusion. I have no interest in "locking" someone into a lease. Available 10 Feb 2020.
