Beautiful updated house

I?m 27, professional with 2 well behaved dogs. Updated appliances, new floors (all wood looking tile), 3 bed 2 bath, fenced backyard, laundry room, dog door, brinks security and Nest. I like to go do things but also enjoy watching tv at home and cooking. Looking for a roommate with a small/medium dog or no dogs since I already have 2( I have a small dog and a lab), and who?s independent but would like to get dinner and drinks or watch tv together at times.
