Beautiful furnished room available

Howdy! I'm looking to rent out my lovely furnished bedroom to someone who is responsible, clean, relatively quiet, and completely drama-free. Good sense of humor is a plus too. :-)
Room is furnished, but furniture can easily be moved to the other guest bedroom if needed (which can be used for occasional guests).
I live in a safe, friendly neighborhood close to 1604/281. HEB, subway, and many other stores are right down the street, a minute away!
There's also an opening to a nice trail right down the street as well. I have a washer/dryer, fully stocked kitchen, and fully set living room as well as other amenities. I even have a TV and a guest refrigerator you can use as well. You would have the guest bathroom to yourself which is right next to your room. Open to dogs but no cats please; we'll have to talk about your doggie and there will be an additional pet deposit. I adore animals but I can't live with a cat. Open to a couple for around $1000/month.

I'm a pretty easy going person; however, safety and cleaning up after yourself are very important.
Please message me with any questions you have and let me know how soon you're looking to move. Professionals are preferred but students will be considered; just be prepared to show me proof of income and a reference which is required after an initial interview. Having a cosigner may be a possibility.
