Furnished Room with a new Mattress, a very nice and expensive Private Bath, nice neighborhood, I am easy to get along with. I have been staying in a lot recently but I do enjoy my time with friends. I have been working out the past 17 years, but have been on the shelf the last three years. My property has a large Flagstone patio with built-in fire pit and built-in bbq pit. My living room has a very nice 7 . 1 Built in Surround Sound Dolby theatre that is great watching movies in. The whole house has real wooden floors and was completely and nicely renovated eight years ago. I do have a maid, Landscaper, and Terminix.
