The room is currently furnished with a twin sized bed, desk, dresser, and some storage drawers. Internet and utilities are split among the tenants and billed monthly. The house has a washer dryer, shared kitchen, small dining room, and small living room.

The household is a laid back, quite atmosphere. Seeking a roommate who is clean, trustworthy, and amicable to get along with. Roommates enjoy socializing but generally keep to themselves and are respectful of personal space.
