Fun Young Professional Community

Hello future housemates! I started a fun community in San Antonio for young professionals/students 3 years ago where we all enjoy each others' company, sharing expenses, and having house get togethers, etc. We are starting another community house within 15 mins of downtown! The house is 2,700 sq ft and has free parking, 5 huge bedrooms, huge upstairs lounge with TV, huge backyard, high speed internet, all kitchen appliances provided, dishwasher, roomba, free washer/dryer, central heat and AC, yard games, outdoor grill, cleaning lady 1x a month for entire house. All common areas furnished, furnish your own bedroom. Each person will have their own pantry and fridge space, with two fridges to accommodate this. Separate leases per room, 6 month lease minimum, each person pays 1/5th of the utilities/bills. Bedrooms available starting Mid-July to early August. Each potential roommate is interviewed in person or on the phone and then background checked if it seems like a good fit. Feel free to apply with friends or reach to your classmates if you are interested in filling the entire house or multiple rooms. No pets.

We hope to continue the same feeling that we have in our current community with fun house dinners, cookouts, events, etc, where we all enjoy each others' company. We also hope to have events where both houses can get together and hang out. None of it is mandatory, but makes the whole experience more fun.

Bedrooms all have nice closets and windows and are priced as follows:

-Huge Downstairs Master Suite 17'x12' with private 2-sink bathroom, separate bathtub and shower, and massive walk-in closet----$725/month

Upstairs Bedrooms, $650/month:

-Bedroom 1: 14' x 11'--$650

-Bedroom 2: 12' x 10'--$650

-Bedroom 3: 13' x 12'--$650

-Bedroom 4: 13' x 12'--$650

There are two full bathrooms upstairs, and 2 rooms will share each bathroom.

One month's rent as a refundable deposit, and renters must sign a contract.

Property is located in a safe area close to I-35 N and 410. We have walked the neighborhood many times at night before deciding to purchase the property and have found that the neighborhood feels safe and welcoming.
