One furnished bedroom in a three bedroom house, only one other roommate. Also have an unfurnished room available if you’d prefer that.

Rent is $700 a month, Internet and garbage included, split electricity and water (running $150/month for one person right now). The house has a living room downstairs and also a bonus loft area upstairs that could potentially be your own living room.

Two cats in the home, pets considered depending on breed and temperament. Couples also considered, rent will increase slightly to cover additional costs.

Current roommate is a female and full time employed; military members encouraged to apply. Garage space can be made available for your vehicle/storage as well.
