Looking for a very responsible single person to take up the extra room. Recently bought my home, in search for someone who needs a room. It’s unfurnished. You will have access to a private restroom. You will have access to wifi, kitchen, washer and dryer. My requirements are minimal, as long as you’re a very tidy person. I’m very busy person so I NEED a very responsible person. Serious inquiries only. This room is perfect if you’re in need of a short term home. I require $550 monthly, preferably first and last months. it includes all utilities(water, light, WiFi), wash and dry room. Access to the entire house. No parties. No unwanted guest.
