I have a spare room in my home that I would like to rent out. It is furnished with the necessities with a shared bathroom (kept to yourself unless another roommate is present)
Home is 2 stories, utilities, internet included and driveway parking. Also have a keyless entry padlock. Neighborhood has direct 1604 access to get you where you need to go.
I myself am in college for a Bachelor's in kinesiology in order to pursue PT. I am 25 and I usually spend my time studying, and working out. Most weekdays are spent at college, so am not home very often. Weekends are usually spent at home.
