Furnished or Unfurnished Room. I am only renting out one of them- however, placed the options on here.

My photos are not up to date there is a Fridge, washer and dryer, etc.

I can change the move in date, pretty open and not in a rush to get a roommate if someone needs it sooner or later than date posted.

I have two dogs, therefore the person has to be pet friendly and not come with their own pets.
I am a 33 year old female with two dogs. They are usually in the living room, my room, outside.

I am gone most of the weekends, however I have someone that takes care of them while I am gone.
The room can come furnished or not furnished. I am currently looking for 1 roommate, I just have two room options. The bathroom in the hallway will be just yours and only used by you.

There is parking with a camera on your car, door code to get in, and shared kitchen. It’s a newly built home in a subdivision.

My biggest ask is you have to be dog friendly and not come with dogs because I don’t want to risk them not get along.
