Looking for Housemates!

Hello! My name is Jeremy. I just bought a 3br, 2ba home, and I'm looking for two housemates to help pay the mortgage. You'll have a private room to yourself and share a bathroom with one other housemate (when I find that person), and of course, you'll have access to common areas like the kitchen, living room, washer/dryer, etc. The home has a two-car garage, so you'll get a nice parking spot too.

The home has a backyard, so if you have a pup, they'll have a lot of space to run around!

Your total monthly cost would be ~$800 including utilities. That's $700 (rent) + ~$100 (utilities) = ~$800. WiFi is free!
The upfront cost to move in will be $1400. That's $700 (first month's rent) + $700 (security deposit) = $1400.

A little about me: I'm 23 years old, and I do cybersecurity for the Air Force. In my free time I mostly spend time with my girlfriend. I play my piano sometimes, but I won't play when you're around if you prefer it quiet. I also like coding, espresso, and making pasta sauces. I make way too much pasta sauce.
