We live in a nice serene area in Alamo ranch the house is in a cul-de-sac. We are a few minutes away from to 2 major freeways 1604 and 151, shopping, and restaurants. HEB is 2 minutes away. The house is 3800 square feet with only me and my daughter who is 19. We have a office downstairs you can access as well as a large backyard and covered patio. Your room is medium sized upstairs with a private bathroom it is furnished but l can make it unfurnished if needed. We have a workout area open to you as well. 3 different living room vibes to choose from. We have a huge pantry you will have a designated area for your food. You will get private parking in the garage for 1 car. All utilities included and use of a washer/ dryer.
