Room in condo for rent

Gated community on the north side of town (UTSA and medical center are not far) with a shared pool and tennis court. The neighborhood is quite and beautiful with many of the residents knowing each other and often walking their dogs. The condo has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, dining room, kitchen, kitchenette, living room, washer & dryer in unit, workout room, and a back patio. The room has a large closet, a Full bed, 2 side tables, and a private bathroom with a bathtub/shower. Overall the condo is decorated with bright colors and lots of art on the walls. There is some space for additional furniture in the room or around the condo if you plan on bringing furniture but not a lot.

I’m a 26 year old guy currently living alone. I work a full time job, play sports, and often go to the gym but otherwise I like to spend my time at home. I like to keep my home very clean and am looking for someone similar in age if possible that likes living in a clean space.
