Shared room and private room available for short and long term stays. Appartment is located right close to the RIM.
Rent for shared room- $500 +utilities (close to $60 per person)
Private room w private bath - $800 + utilities (same as above).
There are currently 2 Male working professionals, easy going ,decent, clean and quite. We are expecting someone who is decent and helps maintains the cleanliness of the place like how it is and most importantly no dramas.......
