Looking for roommate!

Renting a 1 bedroom with own bathroom and walk-in closet at the flats at big Tex, apartment complex in south town right next to the river walk and walking distance to halcyon and close to the highway. It’s $850 a month for rent plus $25 trash fee, $5 pest control and $13.75 for renter’s insurance. All other utilities are not included like water, sewer, electricity, etc. we have a dishwasher, washer & dryer in unit. Gym on premises as well as a pool and a dog park. There’s also a mail room that requires a code for you to retrieve your packages.
