Alamo Heights Bedroom for rent

Hi I'm Will.
I'm renting the master bedroom of my Condo in Alamo Heights to offset my ludicrous HOA fee =D.

I've lived here for about a year and find the area to be very quiet/safe with plenty of restaurants/shopping down the street at the Quarry Mall.
You are kind of close to everything on Broadway/Basse/Austin Highway with fast 281/410 access as well.

Lets talk about the room:
-- connected private bathroom
-- two closets
-- private balcony
-- covered parking in garage
-- Pictures show furniture/I could furnish it if desired
-- ability to lock your room/keypad access for front door

Condo Amenities:
-- tennis courts
-- 2 pools
-- loads of parking
-- Gated access

I've had roommates most of my adult life and am very friendly/courteous to live with.
My ideal candidate is someone who helps me maintain a clean/organized shared living spaces and helps me maintain an atmosphere of general "peace and serenity."

Perhaps you are also a working professional somewhere nearby or a student at one of the local colleges.

Dealbreakers:
-- you're loud and or obnoxious all of the time
-- you can't respect my property
-- you can't respect my neighbors or disrupt the general ambiance of the community
-- you're general riff raff and shouldn't inquire

Things you should know:
*Pets are not ideal, but if it is a dog and well trained then it would probably be fine.
**Laundry is not in unit but down the hall. (that was new for me too but its hardly an inconvenience in my opinion)
***There will be a lease you sign as well as the typical background check process.
