Spring Sublease!

I am looking for a female to take over my room for the spring 2018 semester! It is a four bedroom 2 bath house with a gorgeous fenced in backyard! the room has a walk in closet and the entire house is furnished so you would only be responsible for your own room! Each bathroom has a double sink, so you would have your own sink, 2 shelves in a closet, 3 drawers and a cabinet under the sink to store your things. All appliances are included along with a laundry room that includes a washer and dryer! The backyard has a deck, picnic tables, and a fire pit! the house is .7 miles away from campus and is also on the A&M Bus Route!
