Beautiful Suite in Fairview

Large, spacious suite with private bath, private room, kitchenette and living room. Surrounded by food, shopping, country club nearby and great places to jog and workout. Private den available if roommate would like. All utilities included (electric, gas, water, Wi-Fi, cable, etc.), room can be furnished or not, pets are welcome. I have a mini doodle (20lbs). Preferred non-smoker (if person does, it must be done outside). No gender preference, I'd like a kind, clean, upbeat personality. Prefer long term rather than short-term.
