Private Cozy Rooms, Newly Built House, Subdivision

Hi this 5 bedroom house was built 2023, everything brand new, quite nice neighborhood, close to the highway 75. Has a community swimming pool large playground great school district. I don’t mind a mother with kids as long as they are well behaved. I know times are hard these days. We all need somewhere to start. I do not need any violent person, or any person who is not responsible or respectful of others. I have a room which is furnished with king size bed and a tv and another that isn’t furnished, one living room and a game room, you are welcome to come check them out
