Female owner looking for female only tenant

I'm a female owner looking for a female only tenant, I have two furnished rooms up for rent sharing one bathroom, Rooms have small refrigerator, a desk, 57 inches smart TV, ironing board queen size bed, walking shower, one bedroom has walk-in closet, which cost a bit more than other room . My tenants are welcome to use the kitchen washer dryer, since I have a great Pyrenees dog, I do not allow any pets. I also have a cat in case you are allergic to cat. One parking spot on the driveway, there are cameras surrounding the house on the outside only for the safety of my tenants.
