Since I have a large breed dog and a cat, so I have a policy of No pets please.

Safety of my guests is important to me, so I require mandatory background check and income verification also for everyone's safety, I have cameras installed outside of premises .
I have one great Pyrenees and Siamese cat and tenants have to be OK with it .
