Double Room in 2 bed house in Frisco

I have a nice sized townhome in Craig Ranch in McKinney and I am looking for a roommate as the space is quite large for just me at this moment.

I am a US Army veteran who is in the financial industry. I am looking for a professional, clean, and cordial individual who is interested in sharing the space with me. Dogs are OK, although cats are not due to my allergies.

The location is fully furnished and the room for rent is downstairs and separate from the master bedroom upstairs. The room has a private full bathroom right next to it with an adjacent office for your use should you need it. The downstairs is essentially yours aside from a common media room/living room area (I will most likely not be using very much). Overall, the common areas are the living room and kitchen which are located upstairs.

Utilities, including high speed internet would be split between the both of us 50/50.
