1 Bed Room with Bathroom

Room, with private bathroom. Room size is 17x13 feet. Located in a nice and safe neighborhood. I live alone and looking for someone to rent the extra room. I am looking for a clean, kind and respectful roommates. Doesn't smoke. Is accountable. I've lived here 1.5 years. I ask if Kitchen and living room areas be clean if used. You will have access to the kitchen and living room, and your own private bathroom.

Apartment is located 5 minutes from 121 and 8 minutes from the Allen outlets.

Rent is due on 2 days before the 1st of every month. All utilities included. It’s a month to month agreement, but I would like to find someone who needs a place for at least 3 months up to 18 months (negotiable). $900/mo - All bills paid (Utilities, wi-fi, electricity, included in the 900) If rent out of budget I can negotiate once we sit down. $400 refundable deposit (returned in cash at move out).
I have 2 pets which stay in my room at all times unless I am cleaning or eating, 1 small shy cat, and 1 pug, they are super attach to me so they won't roam around. Kids are welcome but at a limited stay, I cannot have them around due to my dog of old age. I can't accept more pets unless its a small pet, my complex limit is 2.

I have a family/friends events in the holiday months, and will let you know ahead of time, always falling on a Friday or Saturday.
