Looking for Female or LBGTQ Roommate in McKinney

Hi there, my current roommate is moving out without notice and I need to find a (preferably) female or LGBTQ roommate to move in as soon as possible! My lease ends May 5th, 2025.

About me: I’m a working professional with varied hours depending on the day (anywhere from 5am—11pm). I keep a very clean common space, love to cook and bake, and am reasonably laid back. No crazy parties or anything like that, just the occasional friend over.

I have two cats, and unfortunately the lease will not allow for any other animals. They are very friendly and non-invasive, and I do keep the place very clean to avoid any cat smell.

I live in the Atlantic McKinney Ranch complex. It’s situated directly on SRT with a ton of shopping nearby. Walmart is 3 minutes away, plus the Village at Fairview.

It’s a super nice apartment and very comfortable. High ceilings and natural light. You would have a private bathroom to yourself as well. The living and kitchen space is fully furnished, but your room and bathroom will be totally yours to do as you wish!

Rent alone is about $800/month, plus utilities that will vary slightly. I’ve managed the household finances for this place thus far, and I’m more than happy to continue to do that. I’d obviously keep you in the loop of what the expenses are.

The is ample parking and the neighbors are quiet. I haven’t been disturbed since I moved in this past April. I also have a single car garage that I would want to keep my car in, but we can definitely discuss its use between the two of us. I’m flexible.
