Looking for a Short Term Roommate

The space being rented would be for 2 bedrooms connected by a bathroom within a 5 bedroom house. It is $975 a month. Utilities are not included within that amount and are split evenly between all roommates.

The space is currently unfurnished but could be furnished on request. There are 3 closets in the rooms so there is plenty of storage space.

There is currently a cat and a small dog living in the house and they are unfortunately not very animal friendly so the preference would be for someone without a pet.

We are looking for something calm and quiet. Both roommates don't make much noise and currently split chores every week so the house remains clean.

Ideally, looking for a short-term renter who would stay roughly 3 months, but that time frame could be a bit flexible if needed.
