Beautiful Room(s) Near 75 & PGBT Toll by UTD

I’m located in Plano and have a house with 2 rooms available for rent. House is fully furnished and all utilities are included. The larger room (room 1) has its own private bathroom and it’s on the other side of the house for space and privacy. The room with a shared bathroom (room 2) has a queen bed and a nightstand. Room 2 is adjacent to my room.

I’m asking $975 for room 1 and $875 for room 2. 4 bedroom and 3 bathroom house. 2 living rooms, 1 dining room, 1 breakfast nook, kitchen, laundry room with washer and dryer included. ALL FURNISHED. Big backyard with pergola. 5 year old husky lives with me and is well trained. ALL UTILITIES & WiFi INCLUDED.

ROOM #1:

Room 1 is furnished with a dresser and nightstand along with a king-sized tempur-pedic bed. One closet and your own private bathroom with storage for toiletries. The room is located opposite the master room for space and privacy.

ROOM #2:

Room 2 is furnished with a nightstand along with a queen size bed. One very spacious closet and a shared bathroom with plenty of storage for toiletries. The room is located adjacent to my room. The shared bathroom is for any guest; however, usually only family visits so 90% of the time it works like a private bath.

The house is located in Plano, near I-75 and George Bush. Minutes from UT Dallas and all restaurants, movie theaters, pharmacy, and shopping mall.

ME:

I usually work normal office hours from home. I have an office in one of the rooms for privacy. I respect boundaries and privacy and treat people with respect. Fairly organized and keep the house clean. I expect the same from any roommate.
