Looking for a roommate (or a couple) that wants to rent out the spare bedroom in our two-story 3 bedroom townhome.
The complex is brand new and is beautiful! A quiet complex. Our townhome faces Custer and has a small yard and is shaded with a large tree.
The spare bedroom does not have an attached bathroom; however, there is an extra full bathroom in the hallway that does not get used by us.
Spare bedroom has a full walk in closet as well. We currently have a king bed set in there with a dresser in the closet, but a queen set would fit more comfortably.
We have 3 basset hounds, so must be dog friendly. If you have an animal, must be approved by us (no cats).
We do not like having a lot of people over, so if you’re a person that has people coming & going, this won’t be a good fit.
Electricity will be billed separately depending on usage.
Complex has a resort style pool, 24/7 gym, & package room.
