I am looking for a roommate mainly because I need the extra help making sure the mortgage gets paid. I do my best to keep my house clean, even with a dog that sheds, and I wouldn't consider myself loud. I'm easy going and laid back and my ideal roommate would be someone similar. I have subscriptions to Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, Prime Video and Crunchyroll that you are free to use. I also enjoy grilling and cooking.
The available room is currently my home office but I will move my office furniture out once the room is taken. I am fairly flexible so let me know if you have questions.
