2 bedrooms for rent with shared bath avail. ASAP

Friendly married couple (no kids at home) seeks to rent out 2 rooms in our 3 bed 2.5 bath house. Utilities included. AVAILABLE ASAP.

We are located in SE Carrollton close to Addison and all of its amenities (off of Keller Springs between Kelly and Marsh). We are a nice couple that enjoys cooking and relaxing. We are both professionals. I am a teacher.
We have an extremely adorable dog Brody (3 years old) and an older cat that prefers to live under the bed. We love animals and are okay with other pets too.
We are respectful people and are very easy going.

The rooms for rent are on the other side of our house from our master bedroom. Th smaller room is already now taken by a very nice. polite, respectful, tidy guy (around 30 year old professional).
The bigger bedroom that is available for rent ($1000) comes fully furnished with a queen size bed, dresser, and night stand/ book shelf.
The two bedrooms have a full size shared bath with 2 sinks.

**This side of the house also has its own living area and a separate patio. You and the other roommate will have a whole half a house with the kitchen, laundry and half bath in the middle of the house***

All utilities included.
