Common areas are already furnished (dining area, living room). Very quiet neighborhood and centrally located in Carrollton, close to PGB & Old Denton. There's an open office space available for $100/mo (great for a work-from-home setup). Parking on the street is free and plenty of space available for you to park.
I am in/out of the house throughout the week but work from home most of the time. I like to keep the house clean/organized at all times and would ask that you do the same, especially the common areas! Overall the house very quiet throughout the day/night.
