I have a single room for rent, furnished, with semi-private bathroom. I live with my four year old son, and I have two daughters ages five and seven that are with me during the weekend and on certain holidays. The three of them are well-behaved but definitely high energy. I am a 53 year old male, African American, professional and I work from home. The reason for the low rent is that I am looking for someone who can also provide limited help with daily routines, errands and chores and be part of our family to some degree.
