I am renting out a private bedroom with its own private entrance and private bathroom. Only bedroom not a house share, no access to kitchen or living room just your own independent room. The room is located in East Dallas good safe neighborhood. The room has a full bed, microwave and mini fridge, you are welcome to bring your own furniture if you want. All bills included internet, water, electricity, trash. Plenty of street parking space. This is a three bedroom house. The ideal roommate will be someone quiet, responsible and preferably with a full time day job. If that’s what you are looking for please reply with a brief description of yourself and occupation. Also NO ACCESS To KITCHEN or Living room just your own private room and bathroom but room has mini fridge and microwave. No pets/smoking outside
