Room comes fully furnished with bed, dresser, night stand, lamp, rotating fan, flat screen TV, and closet. Bathroom is directly across from room. Renter will also have access to living room, dinning room, kitchen, washer and dryer, patio and yard. We are located in suburban area, near FM 1382 & Belt Line; with access to mall, restaurants, grocery stores, movie theater, and parks and recreation center. We are a loving Christian couple, who enjoy being sociable, having fun, and making the best of life. COUPLES MUST BE MARRIED and rent will be $1,200.00 per month(and $600.00 deposit). We are looking for someone who is warm, loving, and dependable. someone who is looking for a place to call "home" for whatever period they stay.
