Luxurious Townhouse in the White Rock Lake Area.

Hi there!

I am looking for a roomie to rent this beautiful 2Bed/2BR Townhome with me. It is about a 15 minute drive to Downtown Dallas and with access to ALL major freeways. It is located in the Lakewood/Highland Park neighborhood, so you can count on it being very safe.

NOTE: I do not currently live here, I am looking for somebody willing to split rent with me once I move in.

About the Apartment Complex:
The Building name is Reserve on Abrams, if you would like to check out the exact location and the great reviews it has. It is a newly renovated apartment complex with amazing amenities you can check for yourself on their website. The amenities include renovated interiors and Washer + Dryer.

About the neighborhood:
Once again, this location is next to the Lakewood Trail and within walking distance to White Rock Lake, so it would be great if you enjoy walks or biking. It is also very close to the Highland Park area and Lower/Upper Greenville + Downtown Dallas, if you are into the night life. Also, I have lived in this area for a few years now, so I can guarantee you that it is one of the safest areas to live in the North Dallas community.

About myself:
I am currently a College Sophomore and full time Professional, so I will be out of your way most of the time and will not interfere with your lifestyle. I do not own any pets or do any drugs, but I am very flexible with who I live with.
I am a very laid back person, and will surely mind my own business as long as you are minding your own as well.
Very rarely will I have people over. I do not throw any parties AT ALL, but again, I am flexible with whoever I live with.

Lastly, I want to clarify that I am NOT in need of a roomie only for the sake of having a good credit score on the lease, as I already have a good enough credit score to rent out this place on my own, I am just looking to alleviate the costs by sharing it with somebody.
