Otherwise, access to the rest of the fully furnished house is between you and the other gentlemen living there! I’m very casual and easygoing regarding the lease, and all I ask is that you treat the house as your own. You’ll have access to any common room, my 50 inch TV in the living room, the backyard patio (with a fire pit), and of course the fully stocked kitchen.
