Room - Queen Sleep Number bed with cooling memory foam mattress topper, dresser, 6ft wide closet with plenty of space above. The tenant has a beautifully remodeled bathroom that is only occupied when guests are over. Tenant will be notified in advance when guests are over. The other spare bedroom across the hallway is used as an office by myself and spouse. Master is located on other side of house so you'll have additional privacy.

The living area has a 72 smart tv with gaming consoles. We have a large backyard with a fire pit, grill, smoker, patio table, hammock, dog obstacle course, vegetable garden.

2 friendly small dogs (labradoodles) and 1 cat live on property.
