Very nice neighborhood on the golf course, safe and quiet. Street parking.

Looking for a very clean, quiet guy with manners and common courtesy.

Bedroom is 12.5 x 11 feet. Private bath. Closet 6.5 feet. Room is currently unfurnished. If you need it furnished, I can arrange a new bed, a mattress and night stand. Bedlinens, lamps and decor are on you. If you have some furniture, you are welcome to bring what fits in the room.

Use of kitchen and living room as well as in-home laundry. No frying (air fryer ok). Must keep kitchen very clean.
If you need to work from home occasionally, I can offer the breakfast nook table. Sorry, no separate desk space.

Girlfriend can stay over if she is polite and easy going.

Water/electric/Internet included as well as reverse osmosis drinking water.

We keep home at 78F during warm months, and 71F in winter.

We have a mellow dog (no barking) who keeps to herself. We also have parrots (one inside (quiet) and others in outside aviaries on back porch). They can be heard occasionally during the day. No noise at night.

Location is 20 min to DFW airport or Lovefield, 5-7 minutes to Addison restaurants. 10 min to either HW635 or North Dallas Tollway. 5 min to IH 35.
