Comfortable Room For Male. Short Term Ok Abp

Hi.

I have a 3 bedroom / 2 bath house and I am looking to rent a private room (key locked) to a great guy who has a full-time job (Mon-Fri type, daytime hours, NOT from home). Non smoker. No pets.

The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable bed with slide-out drawers underneath, side table, TV, desk, and closet with sliding mirror doors. Also, there is a mini fridge in the room, and you'll have 1/2 the space in one of the kitchen refrigerators. Anything that you don't want to use can be moved into storage.

The house has everything that you need (appliances/pans/dishes, towels/bedding, etc). House, Kitchen and laundry shared.

It is a very casual home. You can come and go when you want (nobody cares), just be considerate, and clean up after yourself.

There will be a total of 3 guys living here (one per room), and we all agree not to have overnight guests.

I'm a friendly, fairly private, laid back, normal guy. I'm very helpful and easy to get along with, but if you don't need anything, then you will rarely see me. I live/work/exercise/tv in my bedroom. I dispatch on my computer for a transportation company, 7am - 7pm (days vary).

I am a very honest, healthy, happy person.

The other roommate is a really nice 30 yo male. He works a regular job (Mon - Fri, 8am - 5pm). He is in a committed relationship, and he stays at her house a lot. She never comes here. He's very simple and clean. You would share the main bathroom with him only.

Parking is right in front of the house. It is a very safe, short street, with no thru traffic.

$740/mo - All bills paid (Utilities, wi-fi, DirecTv)
$200 refundable deposit
