There have been many upgrades to the house over the years and we plan on doing more. This is perfect for a professional that would like to reduce expenses. No drugs, alcohol or smoking will be allowed on the property. House has high speed internet and all of the kitchen appliances that you will need. The house is located in between all four major highways, LBJ, Bush, I-35 and the Tollway. Please look on the map to make sure the location works for you. Must be Employed FULL Time away from the House (Please No Work From Home or No Part Time, as I already Work from home and on the phone a lot)
Must Clean up after yourself or willing to pay cleaning service
Must Pay Rent & utilities on Time or early every month
Must have a clean back ground
Must be respectful of the property and other tenants (NO SMOKING, DRINKING OR DRUGGING)
Must have a good attitude
