This townehouse have three bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms located on second floor and one located downstairs. The common space is updated with new appliances and recently renovated. There is backyard and great community walking trails in the front and around the neighborhood. There is also community pool. Everyone is responsible in sharing the common area and responsibilities. Looking for independent individuals who will be clean and respectful. Wifi is included but other utilities will be divided between 3 roommates upon usage.
