All bills paid. Applicant will share adjacent hall bathroom with another boarder. Includes use of kitchen, laundry and all public areas of this large house.

We are an American family that can offer foreign students an English language practice environment. 12 month lease preferred. Renters considered shall show ability to pay rent whether or not COVID economy is an issue. We are looking mostly for healthy COVID-Vaccine-free professionals or students. (Professional is a degreed or certified/licenced career employee, self-employed business owner, etc.)
