Professional with 12 month lease preferred but we can offer exceptional students on trimester schedules 4 month leases. Renters considered shall have ability to pay rent whether or not COVID economy is an issue. We are looking mostly for healthy COVID-Vaccine-free boarders who either have lifelong immunity from previously being infected or intend to manage a future infection to acquire immunity.
