Renting out bedroom 900 all utilities included

big house I have 5000 SQFT House renting fully furnished bedrooms out. All rooms are fully furnished we currently have 2 bedrooms available. 1 room is 1000, it is an oversized room with a huge walk in closet and the other room is 900. This includes all utilities and both share a bathroom. If both rooms are rented out together then 100 on each room will be taken off the rent.

The front door is Keyless entry and each tenant has their own 4 digit personalized pin code. Must be okay with dogs. They are friendly!

Bedrooms can come with a bed or you may bring your own!

Note: No longer accepting dogs.

There are currently 3 dogs in the house.
Must complete a 55 dollar background check.
200 dollar deposit fully refundable after you move out if room I'd fully clean during inspection.
