Private room for rent.

Hello! We’re looking for a roommate to take the spare bedroom. It comes with a private bathroom. The living situation is just my boyfriend and I. I’m a college student and tend to spend my time studying in our room. We have two large dogs. Great Pyrenees and golden retriever, and one main coon. Pets are welcome, but would prefer just one, and a pet deposit. We’re pretty quiet and keep to ourselves. The location is in the suburbs with a small park near by. It’s in Grand Prairie, close to the Irving mall and lone star park.
