My roommate is moving out with his girlfriend which has left me having to find someone to take over his lease. It is a relatively spacious 2.5bedder located 5min from Downtown Dallas. You will have the 2nd bedroom and the main bathroom (I barely have any guests over and usually tell them to use my bathroom). I have already furnished the loungeroom and kitchen but am open to changes.
I am a fairly laid back professional who moved from Australia to Dallas in January. I am outgoing and love to explore but also don't mind having a drink and chilling at home.
Looming for either a male or female to move in who is of a similar background to me. Would prefer a professional but would consider a student. I dont have any pets, but my girlfriend occasionally brings her two golden retrievers around.
