Two living rooms, the garage had been converted to a well equipped gym, and a large fenced in backyard. Parking is available on the street.
The upstairs room is available for $1250/ month, with deposit and first month due at move in, and the downstairs is available for $1550/month, deposit and first month due as well.
The other roommate and myself are both young professionals who work locally in Irving, spend time going out with friends, golfing and being active.
