Either simply furnished with bed and small side drawer small foldable table and chair. or unfurnished so you can bring your own but keep in mind you will have to come and measure the room. the room has a small but functional closet.

Hello! We are providing a private room with a closet and a full private bathroom, across the room. Other areas available are the kitchen and the use of the laundry room in moderation. The general description of the room is first off unfurnished. Therefore you can bring your own furnishings without being forced a style. You can decorate your room to your own taste. There is a large bay window means plenty of natural light also the window faces the backyard so you might see a lot of squirrels. 😊There is a door in the back so you have a private entrance with your own key that will be provided. Keep in mind this is a general description. If you are interested in becoming our roommate, come and see the room. This will give you the opportunity to see if it will be a good fit for your needs. We are looking for someone that is serious, respectful, and responsible and also establishes a long-lasting roommate relationship and become part of our family if you like to be. Little about ourselves! We are a married couple in our late 50''s, we do have two cats they are our babies and we care how they are treated too. They are both in-house cats and we do not let them outside. I work daily and once a week I am On-Call at my work. My wife stays home for the majority of the time. We are in the process of quitting smoking it's a working process. If you don't mind the smoke or you are a smoker or a vaper it's okay as long it is cigarettes and not something else and is done outside
