Room For Rent

I have a room for rent, I am looking for a female roommate, the stay would be only 1-2 months, you would only have access to the kitchen, dining room and bathroom. Bathroom would be shared with me, but you would have your private room. Rent is 675 and utilities is 100. If you like the room you would put a 100 deposit to hold room /200 dollar security deposit ( negotiable). This room is 5 minutes from Addison, has lots of restaurants, and shopping and etc. It also is close by bus transportation and station. Roommate that I'm looking for needs to have good hygiene, respect each other's space and things. Would discuss more.
