Looking For New Roommate(s)

The apartment is a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom property. It’s by a local neighborhood in a relatively chill area. You’d likely be getting the larger of the two rooms as I don’t need a lot of space. I have a washer and dryer for laundry, as well as a working coffee machine. I work at Starbucks so you’ll at least have virtually unlimited bags of coffee for us to brew.

I’m an aspiring musician. I play bass, but if I get too loud, all I need is a little communication and I’ll quiet down. I’m in a band, and my bandmates will occasionally be present while we work on music. We might be a little loud, but again, a little communication goes a long way. I also have vinyl albums I might play for some background noise, which again, I’m willing to turn down if it’s disruptive.

Don’t be a stranger. If you want to meet everyone I have in the apartment, it’s no big deal to me. We can all be friends here. I’m very socially active, but I’m also a college student and most of my college work is online, so I’ll spend a lot of free time at the apartment working on school.

I’m looking for a roommate or roommates that can help me pay rent, as well as utilities. There are a couple drawbacks with the apartment, the first being a wasp’s next on the balcony that I’m planning to deal with when I have the time. As it is with a lot of complexes, there is a slight bug problem, but we can work on combatting it together.

Overall, I’m looking for a roommate or roommates that are able and willing to consistently pay rent.
